Iske baad dhyaan rahe hatheli khuli rahe aur jameen par faili ho. Sharir ke baaki hisse ko bina hilaye-dulaye apne face yaani chehare ko upar ki or le jaaye(Aasman ki taraf). Kuch der tak aise he rahe uske baad normal ho jayen. Iss kriya ko kam se kam 5-6 baar kare daily.

Bhujangasana se maanshpeshiyo mein khichao aata hai jisse haddiyan khichati hai aur majboot hoti hai saath he lambai bhi badhane lagti hai.

Iske alawa dosto Shirshasan aur Pashchimotsan Yoga se bhi lambai badti hai.
