sir mere kuch sawal hai height kolekar pls app har sawal ko dhyan se padhe aur uska jawab thoda detail me dena jaisa ki main pahle bhi comment karke pucha magar kuch sawal rah gay the wosawal me iss comment me puchna chahta hunsawal 1@ sir main apse contact karna chahta hun maine apka page like kar apko msg kiya magar apne abhi tak reply nhi kiya sir kya app mujhe apna whats no de sakte ho ya app mujhe apni email id batayesawal2@ sir apki batayi exercise main 2 month se kar raha hun magar mujhe kuch bhi fark nhi dikha aisa kyun aur sir main daily subah saam 30-30 min exrrcise karta hun fir 2 month me meri height kyun nhi badhi aur sir agarmain aise hi 3 ya 4 month exercise karun to fayda hoga kyasawal3@ sir apnki us time kitni age thi jab apne exercise start ki thi aur fir apne kitne year exerciseki aur apko kitne month me resultmilasawal4@ sir jaisa apne uper bataya tha ki apki age apke papa per gai hai to sir iss hisab se mere papa ki height to 6 foot ke karib hai to fir sir meri height mere papa ki tarah teji se kyun nhi badh rahisawal5 sir mujhe kuch der tha ki meri age 15 hai to in exercises semeri height aur ruk na jaye kahin aisa na ho fir bilkul na badhesawal6@ sir jaisa ki maine kai blog aur website pe padha hai ki sidhe sone se height teji se badhti hai to kya ye bat such hai agar hum sidhe tarike se nahi soyenge to kya height nhi badhegisawal7@ ye health se relatid hai sir khane khane se 40 min pahle aur khana khane ke 1:30 bad tak pani nhi pina chahiye isse height per pravhab padhta hai sir app har sawal ka reply kare pls ye swal bohat impordent hai aur sawal ka jawab thoda detail me dene ki kosis kare
